I was told when I signed up additionally in February that I could set up an automatic payment. Which I did not do yet. It's my initial visit, in February of this year, I have not gone once. Mostly because of a change of work location so it was out of my way. Since I never set up an automatic payment I did not assume or think it would be drawing $40 from my account for the past 3 months. Which I just realized today. Shame on me for not paying attention, shame on them for giving me false information at that time. So now I'm out $120, and I have to figure out how to turn it off.

10/10 car wash I recently had my car washed here, and I’ve got to say, I was really impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I pulled in, the staff Marqus was friendly, professional, and quick to get me taken care of. They paid attention to the details, making sure every part of my car looked spotless.

I went to the one located in fox chase and I had a question how does the membership go. And I was told that he didn’t know how it works with attitude. I asked him why was he speaking to me that way and I was told that’s how I talk. Further more if you work there how you don’t know how the membership goes. I feel if I’m spending my money I shouldn’t be treated that way. I don’t t recommended this place . Because no one reached out to me yet about this issue. I called the same day this happened and was told someone would email me or give me a call . I didn’t get either.

I had a great experience at this car wash. The staff Marqus was friendly, professional, and quick, and my car came out looking spotless. They paid attention to the details—wheels, windows, and it all looked amazing. The prices were fair for the quality of service, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality car wash.

Conveniently located by my home. Staff is awesome and always friendly. I’ve had a membership for over a year and the one major problem I have is the fact that my tires shine on the passenger side is always shinning. The Driver tires have been missing the shine for months. I understand clogs can happen but for months on end is not cool. Please fix that problem. Thanks in advance.
